Practice Improvement project
Booking that runs itself
Patients book when it suits them, get reminded automatically, and arrive with their forms already completed. You get a fuller diary and a quieter phone.
Where the time actually goes
Ask a practice owner what takes up their admin time and they'll usually say "everything". Map it properly and it concentrates in a handful of places: the back-and-forth of arranging an appointment, the calls that come in during clinical time, chasing paperwork before a first appointment, and the scramble when someone cancels at short notice.
Every one of those is a process problem with a well-understood fix. None of them requires you to work later.
What we build
24/7 online booking
A booking page that reflects your real availability, linked from your website and your emails. Appointment types, durations, buffers, practitioner allocation and release windows all configured to your rules — including deposits or payment at the point of booking where you want them.
Automated reminders
Confirmation on booking, then SMS and email reminders on the schedule you choose. This is the single highest-return change most clinics make: reminders reliably cut no-shows, and every recovered slot is revenue you had already lost.
Smart intake and consent forms
Registration details, medical history, consent and outcome measures sent automatically when an appointment is booked, completed by the patient on their own device, and filed straight into their record. No printing, no scanning, and no sensitive data sitting in an email inbox.
Cancellations and the waiting list
A cancellation policy the system enforces rather than one you have to enforce personally, plus a waiting list that gets offered short-notice slots automatically instead of a gap nobody has time to fill.
Recalls and follow-ups
Patients who should come back in six weeks, six months or annually get contacted when they should, rather than when someone happens to think of it.
