Terms of use
Last updated: August 2026
These are website terms of use only. They are not the terms and conditions under which services are supplied — those are issued separately with each engagement.
These terms
These terms govern your use of donevirtually.co.uk. By using the site you accept them. The site is operated by Done Virtually, based in Worcester, United Kingdom. Our postal address is available on request — contact rachel@donevirtually.co.uk or call 07752 060201.
Information on this site
The content here is provided for general information about our services. It is not professional, legal, financial or clinical advice, and it should not be relied on as the basis for a decision without speaking to us or to an appropriate adviser about your specific circumstances.
We take care to keep the site accurate and current but make no warranty that it is complete or error-free. Prices, service descriptions and third-party software capabilities change, and the position at the time you read a page may differ from the position when it was written.
Third-party software and links
We reference third-party practice management platforms including WriteUpp and Cliniko. We are an affiliate partner of WriteUpp and may receive a commission if you take out a subscription following a referral from us. This never affects the recommendation we make: if a platform is not right for your practice, we will say so.
Links to external sites are provided for convenience. We have no control over their content and accept no responsibility for it.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, design, graphics, logos and their arrangement — is owned by or licensed to Done Virtually and protected by copyright. You may view, download and print pages for your own reference. You may not republish, sell or systematically extract any part of it without our written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site unlawfully, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, to introduce malicious code, or to submit anything through our forms that is unlawful or infringing. Please do not submit patient information through the enquiry form — it is not an appropriate channel for personal or special category data about third parties.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss or damage arising from use of this site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
The site is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.
Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in the privacy notice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
