I run a small menopause business called Bourne2care and needed help with admin, support to manage the day to day emailing and help introducing new operating systems ready for CQC registration.

I posted on a local business FB page and Rachel contacted me. I did speak to lots of ladies but they could only provide support for some aspects of my work. Rachel however could manage all the work, maintaining my website, implementing new patient consultation systems and advising me on how to streamline my work load. She was very professional and I felt I could easily work well with her. Before Rachel worked with me, I couldn’t cope with all the admin each day. Rachel has taken this on, so I can provide more menopause support; ie doing what I am trained to do!

I was stressed and rather over-whelmed by all the admin that needed to get done but Rachel has and still is a fantastic support. She has introduced a new patient admin system and helps book clients consultations, answers emails and sends forms to clients wanting private menopause support.

She’s calm, listens and addresses any issues. She has really helped me and my business is now expanding. I could not have done this without Rachel’s help and experience.
